We strive to provide a smooth experience for both digital downloads and physical wall art purchases. Please read the policy below carefully.
Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
- Delivery: Digital products (HD wallpapers, artwork files) are delivered instantly after payment via a secure download link sent to your email or via your account page.
- Refunds: All digital downloads are non-refundable because the files are delivered immediately. If you face an issue downloading the file, contact us and we will provide support or an alternative download link.
- Usage: Purchased digital files are for personal use. Commercial usage or resale requires prior permission.
Physical Products (Prints & Framed Wall Art)
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery time: Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping charges: Shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on promotions (if applicable).
- Damages & Returns: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof. We will offer a replacement or a full refund after verification.
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Contact us immediately with your order ID to request cancellation.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

- Attach photos/videos for damaged or incorrect items.
- We will respond within 48 business hours with next steps.
Exceptions & Notes
Custom orders, prints damaged by customer mishandling, or change of mind after digital download are not eligible for refunds. We will always try to help and find a fair resolution.
